01 / Supply terms

Dal & besan payment schedules

Cash discounts (CD) below are flat discounts on the invoice amount. Late-payment interest is 2% per month, charged only for late days and prorated daily on the outstanding amount.

Payment days are counted from the date of dispatch. Dispatch day is day 0; day 1 is the following day.

Delivery & order confirmation

Availability, packing, tax, freight, delivery location and the final payable amount are confirmed by the mill before supply. Website basket orders remain Cash on Delivery requests; a credit schedule must be agreed for the order.

02 / Chana procurement

Quality limits & deductions

For each characteristic, calculate the percentage points above its acceptable limit. Apply the stated percentage deduction from the agreed chana procurement rate for each 1 percentage point of excess. There is no excess deduction for that characteristic at or below the limit.

Each example illustrates one characteristic. Quality readings and the final settlement deduction are confirmed against the received lot.
